Judy Wearing holds a PhD in Evolutionary Biology from Oxford University, as well as a second PhD in the social sciences. She has worked as a writer and editor for decades, largely in the educational sector. She’s the author of Edison’s Concrete Piano (ECW Press, 2009), which was optioned for film, and featured on TV and radio, as well as over twenty children’s science and social studies books for the library market.
